Job Title : Customer Care Representative
Industry: Bpo/Call Centre
Work: Extend support customer as per defined SOPs
location : Work from Office Noida
2. Job purpose Attending customer's queries/complaints as per the defined Sop through Inbound and Outbound Calls, Chats and Emails. Precise training and on job experience shall be imparted from time to time to help in meeting expectations. The objective is to create more employment scopes especially for Semi Skilled citizens.
3. Work Experience : Fresher / Experience
Both males and females can apply
Shift : 8 am 9 pm (9 Hours Window)
6 Days working, 1 Rotational Week off
Relocation: Should be a resident of Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad or ready to relocate.
Education: 10+2 & Above
Language: Good in English communication and writing
5. Salary: Depend upon Interview and Performance
