Job details:
As a demanding role that reaches all corners of the business your days will be spent dealing with customer and staff enquiries, telephone calls, hire purchase finance, product location, special orders, returns/ refunds, repairs, checkout sales, daily banking and all the other 'one off' situations that arise on a day to day basis.
The Customer Care team deliver the first and last impression of our business and the person we seek for this area must have the ability to remain cool under pressure and be able to think on their feet. This is a permanent position (32-40hrs per week) that requires availability for at least one day in the
