As a representative of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Key responsibilities will include receiving incoming calls and assisting customers with product/service information, as well as resolving emerging problems efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for qualifying leads and conducting needs assessments to ensure customer needs are met.
