Customer Service Role:
Capitol Federal Savings Bank is seeking a talented Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a representative of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will possess a people-first mindset, be patient and composed under pressure, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities will include receiving incoming calls and assisting customers with product/service information, as well as resolving emerging problems efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for qualifying leads and conducting needs assessments to ensure customer needs are met.
