Job Summary
We are Hiring Customer Service Executives/Telecallers/Customer care/Telesales for Matrimony site, Toppr, kolors and MNC companies
Responsibilities and Duties
Answer calls and respond to emails & Chats
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter new customer information into system
Update existing customer information
Process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up customer callswhere necessary
Document all callinformation according to standard operating procedures
Complete calllogs
Qualifications and Skills
Language : Must- Hindi & English Optional- Telugu, Kannada & Tamil
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Required language proficiency
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
Min.6 months experience in a call center or customer service environment (Automotive industry knowledge is an added advantage)
Good data entry and typing skills
