Strong process knowledge of KYC documentations.

Hands-on experience on OVD document checking.

Document scrutiny Bank Statement.

Reviewing customer#39;s documents for deficiencies.

Maintains Data Entry in the system

Raising the queries through the system /email.

Coordination with the Sales team, Credit Team & Tech Team for completion of files.

Tracking the deferral / waiver approval.

MIS generation

Maintaining all customer related information/details confidential.
