Role Description
We're looking for a full-time on-site Customer Delight Officer, who ensures a smooth purchase experience and post-purchase support for our customers. As a Customer Delight Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring clear and timely communication across all our channels and resolving and answering all queries within a stipulated time. You will ensure highest standards of customer support and constantly work on improving our brand's customer experience.
Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Prior experience in customer support or community engagement is a must.
• A problem-solver mindset and customer-first approach.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus.
PS. This is an entry-level position. The salary range for this role is 1.2-2.4 LPA.
