Responsibilities

Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking sector.
Strong understanding of compliance management and regulatory requirements related to banking.

Ability to conduct internal audits and prepare comprehensive reports.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to account management and reporting.
