Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align retention strategies with overall company goals.
• Evaluate and refine the current onboarding process to reduce time and increase user activation
• Implement streamlined onboarding procedures that minimize Friction and guide users quickly to the value of Capital Rush
• Continuously monitor the onboarding experience and make data-driven adjustments to improve user retention from the start.
• Preparing social media campaigns and executing them
• Continue monitoring and reporting to agencies, external stakeholders regarding their stats over mail and other convenient modes
• Preparing social media posts with the help of team members and uniquely running the campaigns
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of reward programs, adjusting them based on user feedback and engagement data.
• Leverage user data to create personalized experiences across the platform, from content recommendations to communication strategies
• Implement A/B testing to identify the most effective personalization techniques and continuously refine these approaches
• Develop targeted communication and reward strategies For each user segment to enhance retention and user satisfaction
• Collaborate with the tech team to enhance bot capabilities, ensuring they contribute positively to user retention.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in customer retention, marketing, or customer success roles, preferably within the gaming or tech industry
• Strong understanding of user experience, rewards programs, personalization, and customer engagement strategies
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution
