Description

1. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.1. You shall ensure that the hygiene and compliance is always adhered to, for the merchants onboarded by you. All the necessary customer documentations such as KYC, bank details, etc. are maintained with utmost confidentiality.

1.2. You shall not misrepresent the Company or its Clients, further take ownership to always guard the image and brand of the Company and its Client, and shall not over commit, oversell, the products, pricing, et al knowingly or unknowingly. Further, falsely use the Company’s and its Client’s materials physical or digital.

1.3. You shall deploy all the efforts to initiate and instill a premise for the Company to seek access to the prospective merchants and shall ensure that quality of merchants onboarded will always be maintained.

1.4. You shall utilize the official brand name, logo, banners, and respective publicity material of the Company and its Client by seeking permission in writing from your Project Manager or any authorized personnel of the Company during the project implementation phase and further build interest amongst the prospective merchants.

1.5. You shall take necessary permissions and directives in writing from the Project Manager of the Company prior to making any financial commitments to the prospective merchants at any stage of the project.

1.6. You shall engage with the prospective merchants till they are formally onboarded by the Principal Client on their Seller platform. Further, you will take the responsibility to engage with these merchants until there is a payment clearance from the Principal Client to the Company.

1.7. You shall always update the Company and or its authorized representatives about the progress update of the project via daily calls, team meetings, sales reporting formats, etc.

1.8. You will build a strong pipeline of prospective merchants to meet your daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets of merchant acquisition and share the same with your Project Manager.

1.9. You will communicate your absence from work due to personal or medical reasons on the same day or a day prior to the leave application. 1.10. You will not enter into any formal or informal agreement of commercial terms with any person or parties associated with the project. 1.11. Your reporting will be to the Cluster Head of your region and will always be aligned with the personnel for meeting your business goals.

1.12. Any concerns or issues associated with the project or person should be highlighted to your immediate supervisor, in this case, Cluster Head. Further, you may also seek resolution from the Regional Head of the project, if necessary. You shall not encourage or use any other medium of communication channels other than the one mentioned herewith.

1.13. You will work diligently on your key deliverables and shall always be open to the on-the-job training and knowledge transfer about the project, products, or services, etc. Also, you shall be available for all important training programs, events, from time to time.

2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

2.1. You shall not misrepresent the Company or its Client in any way. Further, you shall not communicate any information regarding the services or solutions offered by the Company or its Principal Client to competition, businesses with similar interests, or any other external stakeholders without any written approval from the Company failing which, such an act shall attract immediate termination of your services.

2.2. You shall ensure professional conduct in keeping with the professionalism and ethical approach of the Company and its Principal Client when interacting with the merchants, external partners, stakeholders, etc.

2.3. You shall not undertake any project which is equivalent to and or is similar to the project in context till the term of this association and until a period of two years (2) from the date of termination of this contract. If at all you fail to comply with this clause of the contract, then this act will be considered as breach of our agreement. Further, the consequence of such a breach of contract will attract arbitration proceedings and legal course of action. The jurisdiction for arbitration will be Pune along with indemnification of the cost to Company for taking your services.

3. TERM: The term of this definitive agreement shall remain valid and binding upon both the parties for a period of 12 months effective the date of execution of this contract or equivalent to the duration of the project timeline shared with the Company, whichever is earlier. This contract may be renewed at the end of the term for further periods, through mutual consent
