KPIs:
Volume, Market Share, Outlet Addition in the territory, EDGE Score, Distributor Handling
Job Role/ KRAs:
1. Develop a Network of dealers and distributors in the Assigned Region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him/her.
2. Use field data for the assigned market to identify brand/pack gaps in the territory
3. Design and implement local Sales promotion scheme.
4. Set clear volume targets and KPIs for his/her team.
5. Conducting Regular feedback sessions with team members and providing necessary inputs.
6. Carry out coaching, mentoring, and handholding for the team members and develop upon their required skill set.
7. Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
8. Ensure regular updating of sales MIS and update the reporting officer on a daily basis.
+. Compiling and analyzing the sales figures on a regular basis.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Regular Graduate with more than 2 yr. of relevant experience.
Preferred Candidate only from FMCG/FMCD/Telecom/ Manufacturing industry with relevant experience in channel sales.
The candidate should be ready and flexible to work anywhere in Rajasthan.
MBA/PGDM Preferred.
