Job Description
The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for order processing and responds to customer inquiries, makes product or service recommendations, and resolves complaints or technical concerns. Support the delivery of administrative and operations assistance to sales and distribution team, designed to promote revenue growth, margins, productivity, and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Order processing and receipt acknowledgement to customer to include delivery lead times
• Validation and order entry of customer purchase orders within specified timelines
• Ensures timely resolution of all potential roadblocks preventing order process flowing seamlessly to fulfilment
• Process and manage the orders, in collaboration with sales team
• Manage email accounts relating to order/sales process
• Admin support for Sales Team and other depts across the business
• Prepare standard quotes and submit to sales/Disti/Customer within specified timelines
• Set up new distributors/customers in HubSpot
• Deal creation and maintenance within HubSpot
• Troubleshoot distributor/customer issues via phone/electronic methods
• Handle issues in the best interest of distributor/customer and Taoglas
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the distributors/customers experience.
• Support Snr Mgmt. with complaints from distributors/customers and give aftersales support when requested/where necessary
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Liaise between other departments and the distributor/customer to provide the service most suitable to the their needs
• Responding to queries/requests within 24-hrs
• Answering incoming calls and handling Webchat enquiries
• Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures including meeting ISO+001:2015 standards at all times.

Knowledge and Experience
• 1-3 years of customer service / sales process positions, ideally in electrical manufacturing or wireless industry
• Exceptionally strong customer handling and problem solving skills; focus on quality in customer experience
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong Attention to Detail.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Multi-Tasking and Time Management skills.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
• Prior experience of Order processing and Management using SAP BI or other ERP system
• Business fluent in written and spoken English, other European languages represent a plus
