About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for all customers looking for assistance and support
2. Ensure that the customers get timely and high-quality assistance as they reach out to you
3. Understand the client's need and recognize it as a support issue, service need,s or a knowledge gap
4. Work on being disciplined and diligent in responding to and closing requests
5. Assure the client and give them confidence that their request is being actioned
6. Ensure timely response and action while focusing on resolving the issue for good
7. Take measures to prevent the recurrence of such issues for this and other clients
8. Add to the knowledge base so that knowledge gaps if any are plugged and future clients can find answers on their own
