Experience - 1-2 Years / Freshers with Excellent Communication skills
We are looking for Client service executives.
This profile is suitable for those who have good Verbal & Written communication skills and can handle pressures situation on call.
Responsibilities
Attending calls and solving the escalations raised by our clients over Mails.
Acting as a bridge between clients and backend operations.
Handling angry clients and pacifying them by giving satisfying replies.
Taking follow-ups with concerned cross-functions.Managing client's data.
Developing an effective communication platform between seller and courier service.Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction.
Dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems.80-100 calls per day.
Data management by using Pivot table, Vlookup, Hlookup, and Macros.
Qualifications
Minimum : Graduation (Any field)
Experience in clients success. (1-2 Years)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
