We as a company have grown from a single office in Gurugram, Haryana, to successfully operating from our second office in The United Kingdom and now we're making strides to open a new office in North Macedonia. Due to exponential growth, we are looking for professional, who are willing to join the Customer Experience domain to work from our HQ in Gurugram, India.

Our new team will include someone who is:

 Proficient in comprehending and solving end customer’s queries.

 Organized and has strong English verbal and written skills

 Customer focused.

 Team oriented.

 Currently located in or is willing to relocate to Gurugram to work with us.

 Looking for a full time/contractual or internship opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Communicate with customers via email and real-time chats.

 Provide accurate and quick answers to end customer's queries about product, pricing and availability.

 Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.

Educational Qualifications, Experience and Competencies required:

 Graduation or Post-Graduation Degree

 0 to 1 years of relevant work experience.

 Excellent English verbal and written skills.
