About the role:
An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
Reporting to the Client and Member Services Team Leader, you will be acting as the 1st point of contact for our Members.
In this busy role, you will be primarily responsible for handling membership enquiries made or received by telephone, email, or other digital channels for the Australian Computer Society (ACS).
About you:
To be successful in this role it is expected you will have;
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization, internal and external stakeholders
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and to use initiative and problem-solving skills to organize and prioritize workloads.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive and difficult matters in a diplomatic manner.
Proven ability to identify problems in a timely manner and offer solutions, including conflict resolution and the introduction and management of ever-improving systems and processes.
Basic knowledge of web analytics reporting and keyword research methods
Strong word processing, data entry and Microsoft skills, including Word and Excel
Basic skills using Salesforce, including CMS and eDM platforms
