Details: We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Finance Shared Services team.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality support to our customers, driving service excellence, and contributing to continuous improvement across our finance operations.
You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to enhance customer experiences, streamline processes, and ensure efficient, accurate, and customer‑focused service delivery.

Your day to day will include:
Customer support: Respond to, allocate, and process all requests from our internal and external customers.
Record keeping: Create and maintain records by inputting data into case management systems accurately, within agreed timeframes and in accordance with process.
Show initiative: Identify and promote initiatives aimed at improving business processes across the broader team.
Team player: Be willing to support the team with day-to-day processing and ADHOC projects.
Governance: Provide guidance and ensure compliance with the work practices, procedures, guidelines and relevant instructions of the finance operations environment.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
Previous experience in high-volume finance operations and service desk environments is highly desirable.
