Your Impact

As a Customer Experience Team Manager in our Greenfields team, you’ll lead and support a small but passionate team of Customer Experience Coordinators who guide customers through the preconstruction phase of their homebuilding journey.

You’ll coach and develop your team, streamline workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure every customer feels informed, supported, and excited. Your leadership will help bring our Customer Experience vision to life and make building a home a truly positive experience.
