Position Summary

We are on the hunt for a Part Time Customer Happiness Fanatic & Warehouse Pick/Pack Assistant (our speak for Customer Service) to assist with our day to day customer service and administration functions across phone, email & live chat - reporting to our Customer Happiness Team Leader.

As a Customer Service superstar; your friendly, outgoing and most importantly, happy personality will assist in WOWing our customers through exceptional service as well as being process oriented. You will thrive off making a difference through your interactions with our customers.

This is a part time 20 hours a week, daytime Monday to Thursday role, +am to 2:30pm (start and end time negotiable). You get to have your weekends & evenings!

Job Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat and social media – pre and post purchase

Develop a good knowledge and understanding of our extensive product range

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs

Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their enquiries

Assisting customers with products in our showroom

Processing returns, exchanges and refunds

Ad-hoc administration activities

Use of multiple systems –Outlook, Gorgias, Meta Business Suite, Accredo and Shopify.

Pick, packing and dispatching items. Ranging from small homewares items, through to suitcases.

Receipting inwards stock in the warehouse.

Required Skills and Experience

Passion for delivering WOW customer service experiences

Previous customer service, call centre or experience in an online retail environment will be a advantage

Computer Literate with experience in the following will be advantageous:

Windows Operating Environment

Competent in the use of Microsoft Suite

Some Accounting system experience, preferable but not a requirement

Technology Savvy – Able to quickly pickup new tools/systems

Experience with a Customer Service platform like Zendesk or Gorgias will be an advantage

Excellent time management skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication

Communicates freely, openly and honestly - not afraid to ask the silly questions

Likes to work within a hardworking, fun team environment

High standards and attention to detail

Have the ability to multi-task with excellent follow through

Build/foster good working relationships with the internal team

Physically fit, and able to lift up to 20kg

Are punctual and reliable

The role will require you to be in our Tauriko office +am-2:30pm Mon-Thurs.
