Customer Insights Specialist

What you will do:

Act as the primary global liaison for the Canada Customer Team Incentive (CTI) Plan, collaborating closely with the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Head of Finance Business Partner, and the Country Division Head of the Crop Science Division for Canada. Focus on maximizing the utilization of the global CTI Plan tool through effective stakeholder engagement.
Provide comprehensive global support for the CTI Plan tool to our internal commercial sales force. Collaborate with the North America (NA) and Australia-New Zealand (ANZ) teams, as well as the Global team, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the CTI Plan.
Analyze and organize reconciled commercial sales OGS data into a logical format for our global IT partners. Ensure timely execution of focus groups and user acceptance testing (UAT) periods for annual CTI payments.
Provide ongoing support to the commercial customer-facing team to maintain the accuracy of internal sales hierarchies within the CRM system. Collaborate with the IT team to optimize processes and hierarchies within the CRM and standard operating procedures.
Work closely with the Customer Service Team, Master Data Lead, and Rebate Team to ensure consistency and timeliness in retail account updates across various data systems.
Manage the Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) sign-up process with retailers, ensuring timely communication with both internal and external teams for efficient data collection setup.
Co-create with the Data, Insights and Customer Excellence team to support 3rd party demand generation initiatives. This role will involve managing data related to these initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility to drive informed decision-making and optimize outcomes

Who you are:

B.A./B.S. Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
3+ years’ experience preferred in field sales /Ag seeds, chemical or related industry.
Strong analytical skills, ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights
Expert in Excel, and experience in using data visualizations and analytical tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage timelines effectively while supporting multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong project leadership skills and experience in driving initiatives to completion.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to co-creation, collaboration, and teamwork.
Technically adept and strong attention to detail in data management is required
Desired
Experience in sales or marketing within the agricultural sector.
Specific experience with datamining and market research is a valuable asset.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Thorough understanding of tailored data analytics and reporting methodologies.
