The Role: Customer Lending Representative (CLR)
This is where the action happens. You’ll be on the front lines, connecting with warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling grind), helping people take the next step toward their financial goals.
Your mission: connect, qualify, and pass serious buyers to our Loan Officers—fast.

What You’ll Be Doing
Jump on high-volume calls with inbound + warm leads (they’re already interested)
Ask the right questions to understand each client’s goals
Qualify borrowers (credit, property, loan purpose, etc.)
Build instant rapport—make people trust you within minutes
Live-transfer hot prospects to Loan Officers (this is where you win )
Follow up via call, text, and email to keep deals moving
Handle objections like a pro and keep conversations alive
Track everything in our CRM (if it’s not logged, it didn’t happen)
Work closely with Loan Officers to close the loop
Hit—and beat—daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Who You Are
