Purpose of the role
At More Retail Pvt Ltd, we’ve experienced a wonderful period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue on this trajectory, we’re searching for the Customer Marketing Manager to enhance Brand KPIs by focusing on communication – instore and out store. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the Marketing Activation Calendar is delivering the results while being accountable for campaign communication effectiveness.
Principal Responsibilities
The role holder will hold the key to all the More Supermarket Brand Metrics & devise the creative thematic communication / Campaign Idea like 'More at your door' in addition to the category specific communication in store and out store for festivals/ growth drivers. They will own the rolling Activation Calendar along with the business metrics of NOB and shared goal of ATV. They own the holistic finalization of Customer Marketing programs like SOGs and NSO growth called the Selling Pack along with the brand Visibility Execution instore. They also hold the key to effective communication of the Selling Pack and SOGs to the business and Ops teams.
KPIs
Input Metrics:
On time planning & execution of monthly, weekly rolling calendars in the agreed template, spends effectiveness; Effectiveness scores of VM and all media in terms of reach & returns (ROI); On time execution of in store activation, D2D Conversion scores
Output Metrics:
• Topline revenue for all sources of growth
• Topline of the supermarket format across all channels
• Marketing Spends Plan versus Actuals
• Geography specific toplines and growth
• New Store Topline growth
• Channel wise growth targets
• NPS Score
• Performance of Mid-Month Cycle goals/ Specific Events goals like Budh Bazaar
• Awareness & Recall of campaigns and Brand More
Education
• Business degree in marketing from 2nd or 3rd tier institutes
• Min 6-7 years’ experience across FMCG (2nd or 3rd Tier companies) / FMCD / Telecom or Retail / Advertising agency out of which 2/3 years is in Client Servicing or Sales
• Experience in Sales / Customer Marketing / Trade Marketing / Customer Development / KAM in FMCG is preferred
