Key Responsibilities:
• * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional service.
• * Assist customers with account-related inquiries, transactions, and banking services.
• * Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions in compliance with bank policies.
• * Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• * Educate customers on available banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and digital banking solutions.
• * Assist in cross-selling of banking products to maximize customer value.
• * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• * Collaborate with the banks internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
• * Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
• * Proficiency in using computers and banking software.
• * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
