Role Overview:
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new members joining the Sukoon community. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, building trust, and helping new members feel welcomed and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome Calls: Conduct warm and engaging welcome calls to new members, introducing them to Sukoon’s offerings and community.
2. Orientation: Guide members through the onboarding process, including explaining membership benefits, community guidelines, and available resources.
3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of member details, preferences, and interactions in the CRM system.
4. Feedback Collection: Actively seek feedback from new members to improve the onboarding process and enhance their experience.
5. Problem Resolution: Address any queries or concerns new members may have during the onboarding phase and escalate issues as needed.
6. Engagement: Collaborate with the community and events team to ensure members are actively participating in Sukoon activities post-onboarding.
7. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the management team on onboarding progress, member feedback, and areas for improvement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, onboarding, or a similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for community building and senior well-being is a bonus.
