Shift timings: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST
Languages: Fluent in English, Gujarati (Must have) and Hindi

We are hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers—primarily hoteliers—are onboarded successfully, equipped to use our software effectively and confident in their partnership with us.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless setup and integration of our platform.
• Map and integrate OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) such as Booking.com, Expedia, and others to our system.
• Provide hands-on support and build trust with customers, winning their confidence by solving their problems and answering their questions.
• Take ownership of customer success by making sure they are equipped to use our platform to its fullest potential.
• Maintain a proactive “get it done” attitude, going above and beyond to help our customers thrive.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.
Qualifications:
• Hotelier industry experience is a must—you should understand hotel operations, reservations and OTA platforms.
• Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Willing to work night shifts (Monday to Saturday, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on customer empathy and problem-solving.
• A high level of ownership for the company’s success and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience with OTA mapping and customer onboarding processes is highly preferred.
