We are searching for a top-notch customer service and operations representative or what we call Rental Operations Agents to ensure our customers receive excellent customer service at our Apex Car Rental Queenstown location.
Full-Time position working 40-hours per week available
Based 2 minutes away from the Queenstown Airport

About the Role
As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.
We operate 7 days a week, 8 am to 6.30 pm, where you will be scheduled to work 40-hour per week consisting of 5 x 8 hour shifts per week. You will work as per our roster that could include early mornings, evenings and will include weekends and public holidays.
What’s on offer:

What we are looking for:
Preferably looking for someone with a minimum 3 months working experience in the car rental industry (highly advantageous) but any previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles will be needed.
Bilingual speaker with English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) or Korean will be highly advantageous.
Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
