Roles & Responsibilities:
• Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
• Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
• Explaining to the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products
• Verify customer details and guide them through an application gateway
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Excellent communication in English
• Ability to converse in multi-language: English + (Hindi/ Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada)
• Ability to convince customers
• Candidates with voice process experience are preferred
• Freshers with excellent English communication are preferred
• Should be comfortable traveling to Ambattur
Mandatory Skills: Excellent communication in English
Education: Any Graduation (with or without backlogs) / 12th pass / Diploma (no backlogs)
