Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and communicating with clients about their needs and requirements. The role will require the candidate to be on-site at our New Delhi location.

• Client Relations and Customer Service skills
• Ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A background in architecture or interior design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
