Initiate and manage outbound calls to engage with senior HR and L&D professionals in multinational organizations.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication.
Conduct needs assessments and gather information regarding HR and L&D requirements.
Provide information and assistance on our company's services and solutions.
