Job Description: Outreach executive for SCG - MNC HRs and L&D Conversations

Location: Delhi

Salary Range: INR 25,000 - 40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and articulate Telecaller to join our team and assist in handling senior Human Resources (HR) and Learning and Development (L&D) conversations for our multinational clients. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills to engage with senior HR professionals and L&D experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and manage outbound calls to engage with senior HR and L&D professionals in multinational organizations.

Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication.

Conduct needs assessments and gather information regarding HR and L&D requirements.

Provide information and assistance on our company's services and solutions.
