Customer Relations Executive
Role Overview:
We are seeking a polished, customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to be the face of our luxury real estate development. The ideal candidate will welcome and host prospective clients during their property visits, ensuring a seamless, memorable, and high-standard experience that reflects the brand’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and receive prospective clients, making them feel valued and comfortable.
• Host clients during site/property visits, ensuring the experience reflects a luxury standard of service.
• Provide clients with basic project information and direct their queries to the appropriate sales team.
• Coordinate with sales, administration, and hospitality teams to prepare for client visits (refreshments, site readiness, meeting arrangements).
• Maintain an elegant reception/hosting area, and ensure all customer-facing spaces meet luxury standards.
• Ensure accurate client records are maintained and appointments are well managed.
• Handle client requests with professionalism, discretion, and a service-first mindset.
• Assist in organising and supporting customer engagement events, property showcases, and high-profile client visits.
• Collect initial feedback from clients and share insights with relevant teams.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance and demeanour.
• Excellent hosting, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work well under pressure.
• Fluency in English.
