Job Description:-
✅ Candidate should be polite and able to communicate with clients, 2 years Minimum Experience.
✅ Handling client calls to let them know their work status,
✅Requesting clients for payments and doing receivable collection follow-ups.
✅ Handling client complaints and obtaining feedback.
✅Creation of tickets and follow-up to get the tickets solution done.
✅ knowledge of MIS Reports
