Job Description
We are a company specializing in managing registrations and coordination for corporate events. Our team handles end-to-end event registration processes, data management, and client communication.
We are looking for a Telecalling & Back Office Executive to manage client communication and provide administrative support to the operations team. The ideal candidate should be good at handling calls, maintaining records, and coordinating daily office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to clients, exhibitors, and visitors for event-related communication.
Provide information about event registrations, processes, and resolve basic queries.
Maintain and update client data, registration details, and reports in Excel or company systems.
Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups, approvals, and updates.
Prepare MIS reports, handle emails, and perform general administrative tasks.
Support in event registration activities and back-end operations when required.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling).
Prior experience in telecalling or back-office work preferred.
Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Ability to multitask and manage work under deadlines.
Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
