Ensuring customer satisfaction
Customers drive the bottom line in retail, so a floor managertakes on the role of ensuring customer satisfaction. While individual associates may handle minor issues, floor managersare expected to take care of bigger issues and resolve point-of-sale discrepancies. Retail floor managers work to create a win-win situation where everyone is satisfied and customers have a good experience shopping in their store.
Monitoring pantry stock levels
Floor supervisors also handle the important role of monitoring stock in their stores. They check the availability of the stocks and arrange for the supplies of the inventories in time.
Responsible for entrance appearance
Floor Manager have to be available on entrance so they can guide the customer in proper way and can suggest them the our varities.
Floor Cleanliness
Floor Manager need to coordiante with House Keeping Manager for daily cleanliness of floor and take reports from HK Manager for the same. Floor Manager has to take round of entire floor at least 3-4 times a day.
Proper Employee Appearance
Floor Manager have to make sure that every employees of branch are in proper grooming or not if not then they have to share that details with HR for the same.

Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
