Key responsibilities:
1. Understanding client requirements and segregating them into prospective business opportunities
2. Converting leads provided by the digital marketing team into a sales opportunity
3. Handling new and existing clients
4. Building strong relationships with prospective clients such as builders, property owners, and corporate companies
5. Evaluating the sales reports produced by the sales team
