Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Relationship Executive role located in Jaipur. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including lead generation, market research, and customer service. You will work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of the event management industry is a plus
