We are looking for an experienced customer relationship executive to be responsible for engaging
with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship
manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive
relationships with new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing counselling sessions to advise the student and their parents about their learning needs.
Scheduling appointments and conducting online demo sessions on a daily basis including follow
up sessions.
Understanding customer profile & problems to explain implications of ineffective learning
methods.
Handling objections and negotiating prices to generate sales revenue.
Continuously upgrading product knowledge and sales skills to exceed growing sales target.
Close sales and achieve weekly and monthly revenue.
Build a strong pipeline and should be consistent on sales.
SkillsAndQualifications:
Should possess good communication skills and command over English (Both Reading and
Writing).
They would be required to call potential clients and convert them into paying clients.
Fresher is also okay
