Job description will be as follows:
• Maintaining relationships with customers through CRM systems
• Handling Customer Queries on Emails & solving them
• Setting up monthly collection targets and ensuring to meet the planned collection
• Ensure proper documentation as per standard practice
• Ensure total customer satisfaction from Booking to Possession
• Possession line up, coordination possession-related queries to respective departments
• Providing details about the on-going progress of the project
• Coordinating with the respective departments and resolving issues
• Planning and setting up daily tasks for executives and ensuring timely completion of the same
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
