Position Title: Customer Relationship Manager
About QUP APP-Consult with your patients online to keep them safe. Q UP online consultation provides a seamless experience and offers the ease of offline patient consultation in a secure online environment. With Q UP, patients can get access to their trusted physician online and allows them to share files, images, and even reports, to get a great consultation experience.
Also known as a client relationship manager, a customer relationship manager maintains an ongoing level of engagement with key customers. Customer relationship managers build trusting relationships with clients and protect the brand by maintaining a positive image.
Job Responsibilities
· Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
· Building and maintain profitable relationship with doctors
· Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
· Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
· Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
· Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
· Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
· Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
· Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
· Lead Generation
Requirements
1-4 years of experience
Graduate/Post Graduate
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Superior product knowledge.
A team player with leadership skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Willing to Travel
Good Convincing Skills
CTC: As per industry standards and skills set availing.
