Job Description
1) Sales Team sends the confirmed booking form with Management approval to the Collection team with the details of Customer requirements related to the payment for further process.
2) The payment of Customer may be under 2 catogories i) SELF (full payment By own 100% ) ii) BANK LOAN (80% by BANK and 20% By SELF or either full payment by Bank ).
3) WELCOME LETTER TO CUSTOMER (And Call To Customer and understand need of customer regarding the payment preferred.
4) Collection of documents from Customer needed for the requirements of getting the sanctioning of the loan.
