Job Description:
1. Maintain up to date customer database and records in system.
2. Service Reminder call to customers as per process.
3. Take appointment during Service Reminder calls and update in system.
4. Post Service Feedback calls to customers as per process.
5. Answer calls professionally to provide necessary information about products and services, obtain details of complaints.
6. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
7. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests/ complaints.
8. Escalate unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the concerned for further actions as per escalation matrix.
9. Do Insurance renewal reminder calls and promote Bharat Benz Insurance.
10. Make service measure calls as per requirement.
11. Make 2nd PDI (post body building for CBC vehicles) calls as per requirement.
Qualification:
Any Graduate
