Customer Relationship Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• ONLY CANDIDATES LOCATED IN PUNE CAN APPLY AND OTHER CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

• Manage calls of the customers, post payment for documentation and issuance of policy.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and systems.

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

• Keep records of customer interactions

• Take the extra mile to engage customers

• Ensure that customer are retained.

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

• Track record of over-achieving quota

• Strong call handling skills and active listening.

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Graduate and above.

• It is an in-office job.

Required Skill Set:

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

• Good fluency in English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

• Proven experience working as a Customer Service Executive.

• Willing to work in Rotational shifts and Rotational week off.

• Undergraduates/Freshers can also apply. Must have completed 18yrs of Age.

• Being competitive and willing to work under pressure.
