JOB DECRIPTION
Handle Inbound and Outbound calling for customer service.Handling customer queries via online.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues Maintains customer records by updating account information.Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.Coordinating and folloup with International Team
REQUIRED
Min exp 2 Years of experience in telephonic customer care
Experience with Ecommerce companies (selling portals) will be a plus point
Should know how to write an email and handle telephonic query
Should be smart and good in spoken and written english
Should be a Graduate and Comfortable working on computer
Freshers can apply too ONLY those who have good command over english written and verbal
