Role :

CRM Specialist

Experience:

•0-3 of experience in Customer Relations.

•Proven work experience as a CRM.

•Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

•Good time-management skills.

Academic Qualifications :

Job Description:

• Manage the brand’s CRM mandate by overseeing and personally engaging in customer phone calls, responding to inquiries & comments on all platforms in a timely manner.

• Build relationships with the online community.

• Make calls to customers to build product reviews, address customer return/refund calls, monitor, track and report on feedback for all the products.

• Understand the customer base and record different customer profiles to help the marketing team.

• Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation across all brand channels.

• Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot & social listening tools, to track customer sentiment about the brand and the category.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Coordinate with the Marketing, and Operations team to ensure maximum

customer satisfaction.

• Tech savvy - Stays up-to-date with digital technology trends.

• The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

o Driven and can make results happen

o Self-starter - she can take ownership of their responsibilities

o Efficient Team player with excellent communication

o Passionate about fitness with some domain knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement

o Enjoy working in a start-up environment
