About The Internship
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Handling calls /queries/requests about products and services for inbound calls effectively.
• Complaint Management & Solving Customer grievances.
• Update and follow all tickets.
• Applying product knowledge in replying to customers.
Stipend
Rs. 8000/- per month

• English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)
• Good convincing power
