Job Role-
1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data within the Zoho CRM system.
2. Creating and managing customer workflows, such as lead generation, opportunity tracking,
and customer onboarding.
3. Developing reports and dashboards to analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities
for improvement.
4. Training and supporting other employees in the use of the Zoho CRM system.
5. Collaborating with other teams, such as Tax team, Business development team, Partners and
HR, to ensure that customer data is being used effectively across the organization.
6. Staying up-to-date with new features and updates to the Zoho CRM system, and making
recommendations for how they can be used to improve customer relationships
