We provide a 3- and 4-star luxurious facilities in very economical prices. We provide much better quality of stay than any other hotel in similar price category. We have a large inventory designed to accommodate big as well as small groups, for business or leisure purpose. We have a room for every category of travelers in budget segment.
Important Information:
• Designation: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Joining Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi
• Joining Period: Immediate
• Interview Location: Sunstar Residency, WEA, Channa Market, Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
• Working days: 06 (Rotational Shift)
• Working Time: +:30AM to 6:30AM
Job Summary:
We at Sunstar Hospitality are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to join our team and make a lasting impression on our guests. Connect with Customer on phone calls and take reviews from them and convey with the management along with CRM is responsible for asking guest's stay in our hotel. CRM has also responsible to make connectivity between guest and management.
Key Skills:
• Only Female candidate apply for it.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multi-tasking.
• Good in convincing skill to customer.
