Dewan Radios, a leading electronic parts supplier, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our valued customers. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of any issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to existing customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations and sales targets.
• Monitor customer accounts, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and sales metrics.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the electronics or related industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
