Salary-₹10,000 to ₹17,000 per month plus other benefits

Compulsory Language : Tamil
Other skills required & Responsibilities:
• Good verbal skills in Tamil
• To Maintain records of contacts, telephoned and emailed to respond to correspondences from customers and save them in electronic form.
• Screening calls and taking appropriate actions when needed.
• Answered/Make telephone calls from/to potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
• Dedicated to excellent customer service care.
• Explain products or services.
• Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints
