We are looking for a hard-working CRM Marketing Specialist to provide presales support to the team. The goal of the CRM Marketing Specialist is to facilitate the use of CRM software to improve the efforts of the sales, customer service, and marketing teams. As a Customer Relationship Management, you will be responsible for maintaining a Long-Term relationship with the customer.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Knowing the Customer's Needs And Demands
• Identifying Customer Demands and Requirements
• Developing Plans to Address Customer Specific Needs
• Maintaining Good Relationship with Customers
• Staying Updated With the Latest Ways to Retain Customers
• Collecting Leads From Different Sources (Facebook, Website...) And Update In Spreadsheet And Making Calls To The Clients To Verify The Details And If It Is Real Load More To The Sales.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Marketing or a related field
• Experience: 1-2 years
• Location: Bangalore
• Language: Proficient in multiple languages i.e., English, Hindi
• NP: Can Join Immediately
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a CRM marketing or related role
• Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
• Working knowledge of CRM Marketing best practices and metrics
• Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Strong interpersonal skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
• Development of CRM marketing strategies involving email, lead generation, mobile, and social marketing.
