About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about helping people and solving problems. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient support experience.Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via [chat / email / phone / whatsapp]
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed
• Follow up to ensure full resolution of customer issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and patient with difficult customers
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts with rotational offs
